Compassionate, continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. A birth doula provides emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, evidence-based information, and advocacy support to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered during your birthing experience.

Ongoing support via call, text, or email (weekly or every other week check-ins & up to 4 weeks postpartum
On-call from 38 weeks
Tailored resources (community resources list and learning materials)
Support throughout labor and delivery
Guidance and help with breastfeeding
Video and/or photo capture using your device
1 x 2 hour postnatal sessions in the immediate postpartum period to debrief your birth experience, provide breastfeeding or feeding, sleeping/ settling support. Provide extra helping hands to look after baby or do housework whilst you rest or take a shower.

Private birth education session at your home or mine
Family coaching/sibling preparation session
