  • Practice ways siblings can help (bringing diapers, singing, talking to the baby)

  • Create a simple plan for who will care for siblings during labor

  • Talk through common emotions (excitement, jealousy, confusion) in a child-friendly way

  • Practice calm connection activities (deep breathing, quiet time, prayer if desired)
